Normally it’s a good product.

For healthy persons they can consume and it’s a good product for them but not preferable for patients considering the quality at that price point. Especially ulcer patients should avoid taking this cocanad oil and go for other KLF NIRMAL pure coconut oil which is very good for patients especially.
